A few years ago i built a pretty simple chatbot (a FAQ bot, mostly). Way back then, some users installed it and interacted with it and over time, we stopped using it. Now, my team and I have updated the chatbot significantly and we have started sharing the link so as to give it an initial round of testing. The issue seems to be that, those users who installed it in the past are not able to easily find the chatbot amongst their contacts. Why? Because it used to have name "x", and we have since changed it to "y" (for several reasons).
So if you search for "y", you won't find it, but if you type out "x", it appears in the search bar, no problem. We changed the name and the icon because it now encompasses other areas as well, so we cannot go back to the previous name. As far a we know, we have updated the name everywhere.
It works perfectly fine, we just have come across this issue and we don't want other users to experience once it's out, does anybody know what may be causing this?

Please share the Agents "Share" status and how its published related to the Organization or Individuals.
Please explain what App you are referring too that people are using to see it in.
