Hi We have an issue in power apps that shows the dollar symbol cannot be converted to a number. I am new to this power app, so kindly please guide me to resolve this issue in power apps. Thanks
@Sathish_1994 - can you share the formula that is leading to this error?
I didn't see the formula anywhere related on the front side, When we are creating a new project or we open any project task at that time the error popup shows in the PowerApps, how do we check the formula for this issue? Kindly help with this bug issue.
@Sathish_1994
PowerApps considers currency to be Text. You will need to enter a number and format it as currency later.
Thanks @DrrickrypI will a number, then do we have to apply any formula for converting the number to currency?
Yes. Check out the documentation on the Text() function.
Thanks @Drrickryp
Hi @Drrickryp I have attached a formula for Doller $ currency issue, Please help me where should I change over here.
Here I updated my page showing value, I need to resolve this bug, kindly help to resolve this error in Power Apps.
That control expects a number, not text. The error message is telling you to leave off the "$" and enter just the number.
Thank you very much @Drrickryp it is working fine now
