As you can see in the screenshot below, I select Choice 1 and the chat bot answers as desired. However, I then selected Choice 2 in the multiple choice options and the chatbot did not follow the expected path. I can't figure out why that is.
Try moving your end of conversation to one spot AFTER the all the conditions. I usually see the behavior you are describing when the bot circles back on a topic thread because it hasn't been terminated.
