Is there any way to attach image as user response in power virtual agent?

    Currently uploading a file requires a custom pattern, in which the WebChat canvas uploads the file to a separate account (or equivalent) and notifies the bot/copilot once the file is uploaded. Here is a sample: BotFramework-WebChat/samples/07.advanced-web-chat-apps/a.upload-to-azure-storage at main · microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat (github.com)
     
    Native file upload capabilities are planned, but I don't have an ETA.
