Microsoft Forms link is not working

I have some Forms that suddenly stopped working, showing this message: "This Form doesn't exist"

I suspect that this is happening because the owner has left the company, but it's strange because the form was shared and it has worked for a long time after he left.

Is there a possibility/ way to recover these Forms ? How can I notify Microsoft to recover these Forms ? I'd appreciate any help.

If the form is less than 30 days then you can recover the form. Otherwise, it is not possible to recover. Below article for reference if it is less than 30 days after the owner left the organisation
