Hello, I am new to Power Apps and Power Automate and I am looking for some advice/direction. My position at my small company was recently created so I don't have any guidelines to follow so I am defining a new process as I go. I have been tasked with converting the sales process (currently all spreadsheets) into a database with some sort of front-end for the end-users to enter their data. I have been leaning toward Power Apps as a solution with a DataVerse backend but the owner has concerns about committing to this platform. The concern is: "How long with Power Apps be around?" and "Will we have to rebuild this application in 5-10 years because Microsoft turns off Power Apps?". I have suggested a MySQL backend with a website front-end but that was shot down. I have suggested the Azure platform for the SQL server and the app creation but that was shot down due to cost.
