Download files stored on dataverse

Hello,
 
I'm new in PowerApps development and below is my questions.

I have a Dataverse with a column for attachments. I want to download the attached file from the Dataverse with a button click on my power apps. I also want it to be dynamic so there will be no issue when other try my app and download the files themselves. Already tried DOWNLOAD and LAUNCH functions but all I got is a URL that I cannot access.

Hope someone helps me. Thanks!
