Is there any way to customize the user icon highlighted in the below screenshot with the profile picture from the MS teams/Outlook.

Your screenshot is from the PVA Test UI, which isn't how users will interact with the bot. What channel are you actually publishing the bot to once you're finished? That will dictate the level of control you have. If you're doing something custom, you can look at Customizing the PVA Canvas. That page includes css that shows how to set the user's avatar. If you're publishing to Microsoft Teams, though, you can only control the bot's name and icon.

Hi @MattJimison , I am working on web and teams channel. Web UI is created using custom canvas, so we are expecting to display user profile image from the outlook/O365 instead of user avatar in both channel.
