I am getting this error message when trying to import a component from a different environment.  I created this component so there should not be any permissions issues.

I get the title error when trying to create a new component library.

When I try to insert it from the +Insert Get more components, nothing shows under Import Components.

    Hi @billf24 ,

Not sure which option you're using, but I have outlined the ones I am aware of that you could try:

    Option 1:

Load the Component Library as a single Component inside a Solution, and then Import the Solution into the target environment.

    Option 2:

    1. Turn on the retired Export and import components feature.

    Option 3:

    1. Open the Component Library and select Download a copy
    2. Create a new Canvas App and Open the downloaded msapp file

Option 1 did not work, Option 2 was already turned on.  Option 3 worked on the Open.  When trying to import, I was getting that error.  Thanks again Amik.

I have the same problem: I can export the component library to a file on my local computer just fine, but then when I try to import it in another environment, in an app -> Components -> Get more components, after selecting the file, I get the same "To import from component libraries, save your library files to the cloud and select 'Get more components' from the insert pane" error.

    This seems pretty broken...?

None of these options work. I have a solution. It has a canvas app and a component library. I don't get an option anywhere to use the library. When I try to import it from the ellipses the library is not there. If I try to import it from the exported msapp file it gives the error saying to "get it from the cloud".

Has Microsoft made a change to the Component Library publishing and implementing process?

I can see old component libraries within a canvas app. However, I cannot view the new components after publishing.

We have seen this issue in multiple environments over the past few weeks. Initially, I thought this might be related to the Creative Kit problem, often resolved by enabling “turning on Power Apps component framework for canvas apps”. However, this appears to be a different problem, as custom component libraries created and published by our team are not available.

Having shared the components with relevant accounts, I don’t believe this is a permission issue.

The 'Get more componentshas moved and has become a small icon near the top of the Insert menu, below the Search and Filter tools.

    Import-Component-01

Based on memory, the rest of the process has stayed the same.
