Hello,

in my copilot studio knowledge files have been blocked.
The agent is for internal use only and content isn't sensitive. How to unblock the knowledge?

    I updated your Subject just to make it a little more search friendly.
     
    Can you please post a picture. I am wondering if its the same issue I had / am having where I am unable to upload any Knowledge files and have them "become ready".
     
    So when you say blocked, is the ability blocked (as in the UI) or you try and it just never goes ready and you get a Red Circle of death.
     
    If its the same issue as mine, I had to use my other tenant and it was NOT broken there, but I am still looking into my issue as well.
     
    But if you can share a picture (just paste it in, don't attach) the attachments usually work maybe 40% of the time).
