Update column values in a Dataverse Table using Copilot Studio

Hi All,

I am using Copilot studio from two days. Please help in dealing with Dataverse here.

I am trying to create an Agent with Knowledge base as Dataverse Tables.

So now If I ask any question like How many Items are there for client ABC its given correct answer.

I tried asking update a column value for which corresponding ID=1234.

But it's not responding. How to achieve this requirement for updating or creating a record in Dataverse using Copilot studio,

Hello,

you'd need to configure a separate action to update the row. Not sure if you're using generative orchestration or not, but...

if yes - then you'd need to properly describe the inputs/outputs for the model to work properly

if no - then you'd need to use the action in the topic which's/which should be triggered.
