if statement to shao string value if value in calculate field is greater than or equles 2.5

i want to add text field to display recomendd if average greater than or equles 2.5 otherwise not recomended  ,
but this formla give me error, what is the solution?

    If DataCardValue52 is a TextInput, you have to do this, Value(DataCardValue52.Text)
