I'm working on a chatbot in Copilot studio that's deployed in "Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot" channel. I turn on the 365 Copilot availability. Still, for some users the 365 environment within Teams doesn't work. For others it does work, without any apparent reason why.
For context, the app works in Teams chat for everyone - it's just the M365 Copilot tab that's problematic. In the earlier iteration of the app this whole issue didn't appear at all - but I'm not sure when it started to occur, so I can't link it with some of the changes I've made.
When it doesn't work one of 2 things happen:
1. They get stuck in a infinite loading screen.
2. The app loads, but after few minutes it disappears on its own.
Question: Is this a known bug? Is there a solution to it?
The best thing I can recommend is to have the users do one of two things
1. Log in and out of Teams as well as have them test if it works in the Web Version of teams (from portal.office.com and apps then teams)
2. Have them clear their Teams cache after signing out (realistically combine 1 and 2 together),
you have to go to and clear %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams on Windows , then log back in.
