Hi everyone,
I have a topic A used for a specific action : Create Order.
My bot asks the user some question to process the order and I want my user being able to ask question anytime during the ordering process.
If user ask for a question that's not recognized it use Narrative AI to answer from the document provided.
So it redirects the user from Topic A to Conversational Boosting topic (system topic).
Once Gen AI has answered, how can I manage to get the user back to initial steps he was in topic A, before asking a question.

This is standard behavior in the question node property: look for "allow interruptions".
You can select which topic are allowed to be triggered and once the user got an answer it will re-prompt the last question automatically.
