Cannot Modify the Sharepoint Lookup column by EditForm

Dear All,

I use a collum "Chu Ky" as a sharepoint lookup column from the other list.
I can submit a new form OK, but when I editform and re-submit, this alway show this error.
The Default selected Item of Combobox, I set "Parrent.Default"

Please help me to solve. Thank you

    This is possible. Can you post the Patch formula that you're using to set your "Chu Ky" field?
