Integration Dataverse with Sharepoint

Hi all,
 
Recently, I experience 1 issue of Sharepoint document management with Dataverse. When configuring "Document Management Settings", I didn't enable "Based on entity" option. But recently, when I created a new record and opened tab Document, my Sharepoint folder was created in the Account folder in Sharepoint. 
 
 
Does anyone have the same issue?

    As default, it will be selected. Even you don't select on the second page, otherwise it will fail.

    I am sorry that I didn't describe it clearly. I had a custom table that was enabled for Sharepoint document. I wanted to create the folder of this table at the root but I don't know why with the above configuration, this folder was always created inside the Account folder. I think this happens from recent Microsoft's updates.

    That sounds strange, I think you have to manually remove that structure. recreate ( in the first page make sure select your own table).
    Your current structure is based on Account checked.
    You can create another app and site for testing if you want to figure out if that is a bug or not.
     
    I tested on my side with new app and new site, without that.

    I got this issue with my custom tables. This happened in all of my three environments.

    I also tried the modern UI, looks ok. my Dataverse version =9.2.25041.160
    I think you have to manually delete the Account folder.  
    Try to use the classic way to configure it.

    This looks like if a table has a lookup to account, the Sharepoint folder will be created inside folder of selected account even we configured or didn't configure the option of folder structure.
    I think this is a new issue of the system
