Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

We are trying to build the Power BI Report Server and it’s asking for Product Key.

We found the product key (see screen in attachment) for Power BI Report Server from Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center: 2YCYN-3PFBG-3CC7W-V2DQG-8T2R2
Our technical DBA, Abid, entered the key but getting error that it’s invalid (not a valid) key. See screen shot in attachment.
We are having challenges and went through extremely bad experiences with Microsoft support. I was on the calls last Wednesday with Microsoft Support for almost an hour. Our technical DBA, Abid, spent even more time earlier and every time Microsoft support just keeps on sending us to different departments and sometimes disconnecting/dropping our calls in the middle of conversations. We were not able to make any progress.
