They team members that are located in Europe are telling me that they cannot find the app in their AppStore.  Are they just looking for the wrong thing? or does the Mobile App truly not exist in Europe?

    Ensure they are searching for the full name "Microsoft Power Apps".
    Try different networks.
    Provide them with direct links to the app in the app stores.
