Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a topic or how to create a topic that disable the user input field when the chat ends.

For example, when the bot says:

"Great to chat with you, bye."

The user in this case still has access to the input field on the chat and can say "Bye bye".

The issue here is when the user say "Bye Bye", the bot interprets as a new request and if there is no topic triggered it gets confused.

So, if there is a way to disable the input field or just disconnect the user after the "Bye" message, that would be great.
