Hi all,

I've created a chatbot using Azure Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and added it to Microsoft Teams via the built-in "Teams" channel integration.

Here's the issue:

The bot works fine the first time after being added to a team channel.

On subsequent attempts to open or use the bot, it fails with a generic error message:
Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it.
Error code: SystemError

I haven't written any custom code — the entire bot was built using Azure Copilot Studio's visual interface. The Teams channel was added directly from the bot settings in Copilot Studio.

Things I've tried:
