Unable to Sign-In / Error Message

I received an email stating "Your PowerApps invite is ready", but when I click on "Let's get started" and sign-in, I get an error.  While its loading, the URL initially shows "https://web.powerapps.com/8538ead4-f33e-4602-befa-cf9645fe7bcb#/login", and then eventually shows "https://web.powerapps.com/Error/UnknownTenant".

Can anyone provide any assistance?

    would you please let us know the email that got the invite? And also, what email are you using to try and sign in with?

    Hello,

     

    I got the same problem ...

    I received the invitation with the following email address : gilles.pommier@smartview.fr

    and the email address for my tenant is gilles@smartview2.onmicrosoft.com

    Hi

    I have a similar issue.

    I received the same email and clicked 'let's get started'. I'm taken to a page that says 'sign in'. I sign in and it says that I already have an account.. it then pauses for a moments and starts loading (3 purple loading dots) then returns a page saying 'thanks for your interest, to learn more and sign up...'.

    gilles.pommier@smartview.fr is whitelisted and should be able to use PowerApps, its all clear on our end, but shows that you never logged in to the program with this email.

    Your email is whitelisted. You should also be able to access without issue.

    I really appreciate the help Jon. I do have a couple of question though. We have been creating our REST API's based on Project Sienna, how would you suggest us test these with PowerApps?

    Do we need to actually purchase an Enterprise Plan or is there some form of Developer Plan? If we do need an Enterprise plan for development, how do we initiate that process?

    Same question for connecting to a SQL Database, if you could shed some light on that as well.
