Create a Model Driven App in power app

Hi 

I want to create a model driven app on power app. so I did like this

So, Power app--> Solution --> select solutions--> New --->app --->Model driven app--->then give name for model app---> Create

Then this was the page supposed to get

But I am getting below image:

Now how to get the navigation on the left pane of the screen

    The editor has now changed.

    You can click the 3 elipes next to 'Navigation' to create a new group. From the group, you can then select the option to add a new page to the navigation.
