Are there options to accessing and managing the information of the Dynamics 365 apps of a Power Apps environment without using the Power Platform admin center ui?
E.g. is there an API to retrieve the list of installed Dynamics 365 apps and if updates are available for them? Or is there an API to install a Dynamics 365 app to an environment?
Maybe a Dataverse table that holds information on these apps?
There has to be a better option that having to regularly click through all those environments and check if updates are available.
