I understand all users are automatically added to the Dataverse Users table. What is the trigger for the process which adds them to this table?

Hi @Cooper01,

The below reference does a good job explaining this, but to summarize:

If you don't set an AzureAD security group when creating the environment, all licensed users in the tenant will get created in the environment

If you do set an Azure AD security group, then it will only add those users into the environment.
