Error when adding cloud flow to Power pages site

I have been getting the below error when trying to add a cloud flow to a power pages site. This issue recently manifested as everything was working fine until around 2 weeks ago. The site is in a Dev environment and has a Standard Data Model. I have tried switching to a production environment as well as to an enhanced data model to no avail.
