The following error is displayed when loading the address https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/:

"Something went wrong.

Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact your admin.

Session ID: [myID]"

or in German:

"Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten.

Versuchen Sie, die Seite erneut zu laden. Falls das Problem weiter besteht, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.

Sitzungs-ID: [myID]"

The error can be reproduced in any way, and has been tested:

with different browsers (Edge, Edge Developer, Chrome, Firefox & Safari)
after deleting all browser history & cookies
with different Microsoft organizations (in both existing organizations to which I have access as well as in a new MS365 organization created specifically for test purposes)
from different end devices (PC, laptop, iPhone)
from different networks (LAN, WiFi, WiFi hotspot)

We had just planned & initiated the switch from a non-MS chatbot to Power Virtual Agents when the integration of PVA into Copilot Studios took place, now our entire project is on hold due to the access error!

I am grateful for any helpful suggestions!🙏

I would open a support ticket with Microsoft. I just tested it and its working fine for me. It may be a regional issue or a problem with the firewall settings in your organization.

PVA used to work fine for us as well, until MS integrated it into Copilot Studio... There is an open ticket with the MS support, but so far they don't have a solution.

Hi Henry, yes, MS Copilot Studio is listed as available in Europe (& they have a landing page for the usage of MS Copilot Studio in German for Germany ("de-de"))

Yes, Copilot Studio supports the German language, but isn't available in the Germany region, hence why I wanted to check on your tenant / environment region.

Yes! That was actually the problem! As soon as I created a new environment and set the region to Europe (instead of Germany), I was able to access Copilot Studio. Many thanks for the quick & excellent help!
