Canvas app in a managed solution is editable and publishable

Hi,

I have been developing an app for 3 months and learning powerapps along the way.

Once during deployment I accidentally edited the Test version of the managed solution and it caused problems and it was necessary to delete the solution to fix.
Now I have made the same mistake, but my colleagues who are testing have the link and access, so I don't want t have to send them a new link.

I found this post from 2020, but no resolution.

Is this still and issue and how can I fix it without deleting the solution and assigning permission again?

Solved it.
Putting this here for others that accidentally edit their managed solution app.

When you edit the canvas app from within the Apps section a new unmanaged layer is added, which can be seen from the solution section.

... Advanced, see solution layers.

Select the unmanaged layer and remove active customizations and you are back to where you were before editing.

Hope this helps you if you ever end up in this situation.
