I recently deployed a MS Teams Environment Chatbot, and some users are reporting a specific issue with the bot.
The Chatbot as designed sends an initial message to the user, and then the conversations continues. For some users, the initial message is not received, and they can't talk to the chatbot.
The issue is that hours after they tried to talk, the chatbot does display an answer to their questions, and it says it answered at the same time it was asked. But this is only much later (initially the message does not appear) and this is causing a lot of bugs with the users.
Can someone help me with this / has experienced something similar?
I have a similar problem, the bot never responds to hello, disable all topics leaving only those that come by default and still does not respond, I use PVA for teams
