Hello!

Are PVA bots somehow not allowed to interact with guests of the tenant they belong to? I recently asked a guest in our tenant to test our bot and it could not be found from her Teams app -- it did not appear in searches, as it does for me, and there seemed no way to add it to the user's pinned items in the purple vertical bar on the left of the Teams interface.

Hi @michela ,

I think that today, it's not supported by guests/external users to use the chatbot inside the MS Teams.

If I see any updates, I'll send you it. 🙂

Ah. That's unfortunate, and definitely makes the virtual agents less useful. 😕

Thank you for the reply, @renatoromao. It's very helpful to at least have a greater indication on whether or not guest access to virtual agents is possible!
