Knowledge Info Issues based on country in Copilot Studio

We are trying to implement a chatbot with Sharepoint access. The desired functionality is as follows:

We collect the user's country information and, based on this, and a generate a prompt that responds with details specific to the user's country. In SharePoint, we have multiple folders, and we want the chat to access the appropriate folder and present relevant information to the user.

Sometimes this is not working correctly and i receive information from the other countries. Is there a way to fix this?

Can i check how the SharePoint Knowledge source is Configured.? Is it having multiple folders based on countries (or) how the Folder structure is categorised currently.?

Anyhow, you can try the below suggestions,

Ensure that the logic mapping user input (country) to the correct SharePoint folder. You could use a database lookup to match each country with its corresponding folder URL or identifier. Make sure that each country is mapped to a specific folder to avoid ambiguity.

Review your SharePoint folder structure to ensure it's organized in a proper way. Sometimes, using country codes or IDs as part of the folder names can make it easier to accurately retrieve information.

Consider implementing a fallback mechanism. If the chatbot doesn't recognize the country or there's a potential issue with folder mapping, it should ask the user for clarification or choose a default option.
