I see the pricing of Copilot Studio is now $200/month for 25,000 messages. Before with PVA it was $200/month for 1,000 conversations.
A message is defined as "A billable message is a request or message sent to the copilot/bot triggering an action and/or response." So does that mean if the bot ask the user for 10 things that is 10 messages?
Before with PVA pricing if that same bot ask the user for 10 things that would all be counted as 1 conversation. Or am I misunderstanding something?
hi @dibb ,
A billed session is an interaction between a customer and a bot. A billable message is a message sent to the bot triggering an action and/or response. (e.g., A user asks bot when a store is open (message), and bot replies with store hours.). It represents one unit of consumption. See billed session definition table to understand how sessions are defined and counted.
