Hi,
When I select "option 1" with a multichoice question, the Bot loops back and repeat the same question, again and again. if I want to go further, I have to select any other option/answer but the 1st one. It happens with 2 topics in my current bot and happened on my previous one too.
Any idea ?

Not sure if this is your problem, but I have seen this in bots that have a branch in them if the branches aren't all brought back to a conclusion at the end. Could you provide a screenshot of the topics causing the issue?
Hi, you could be right because after the different options, there are no other nodes and each option is "separated" because that's just a question with no need to answer and I can't "join" all options in a signle one, adding a meesage for example, because in my general scheme (screencopy also attached), the next step/questioncomes when following topic is trigered.
This bot is a copy of the previous one, and in the previous one, it works fine that way!
Just add an end conversation node to the end of each branch if you don't want to bring everything back together. The problem seems to appear when a branch isn't terminated. Since it was working on that question if the branch isn't terminated it goes back to the top of the branch.
I can't add an "end conversation" because next step is another topic. Nevertheless, I have "closed" the branch with a "redirect to another topic" and it does not solve it, the same question keeps repeating as shown on my screencopy.
On other hand, with my other Bot, I have the same scheme, branches are not closed when the next step is another topic. With this other bot, leaving de last node in blank redirect automatically to the next topix without having to call it (I have a "initial" topic in which I'm defining the general scheme, adding 1 topic after the other.

I have simply added a message to follow the node, and the system keeps looping the same answer, not displaying the message that I have added as a next step!
This does not happen with my other bots which have exactly the same pattern (other languages)
Sorry, I don't have any other ideas on how to fix this.
Don't be sorry ! very strange, I have created the same topic, this happen with 2 "questions with multiple options" in my bot.
I have created another topic to test it and it happens the same, with one difference: on this test, the question is not repeated in loop but the next step does not trigger if I answer/click on the 1st option, and it works fine if I click any of the other options!!
On the question node click on the dots
Click on "Properties" and then "Question behaviour"after that
I think this will solve your problemor else you may have the problem of REDIRECTING between the Topics
