Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have multiple screens - on one a person can edit an old record and submit it; they also can click the + icon on the browse screen and create a new record and when they click the button nothing happens. What should happen is that is submits the new record to SharePoint and then send an email to a group of people (I would like to be able to submit the form in PDF to them including the signature and attachments. Not sure if I have to do that with Power Automate??). I am attaching a screenshot of the screen with the submit button chosen so you can see my code I am currently using. Let me know if you need to see any other code?
