Multiple Input types and Media to a common database

Hello,

 

I have a requirement, as below:

 

Step 1) Select >1 items from a Listbox,

Step 2) Add Remarks in a multiline text input,

Step 3) Take a picture & Finally update all the values & media to a Sharepoint List.

 

Please help!  Thanks.

    Hi @ajaysimha02 ,

     

    You can create an edit form in canvas to submit the data from listbox, multiple textInput and an image file.
