download attachment from powerapps form

Hi

I have a form where display mode is edit and inside i have a attachment data card, i need to download from there.

When in run mode it is not downloading it is showing error saying that couldn't download no file.

Items property of the data card is

LookUp(cltRequest, ID = SelectedRequest.ID).Attachments

What is the Data Source which you are using.

Sharepoint list item (attachment) as DataSource

Download(ThisItem.Attachments.Value.AbsoluteURL);

Sharepoint Document Library as DataSource

https://www.matthewdevaney.com/power-apps-download-file-from-sharepoint-document-library/

Dataverse (File Column) as DataSource

https://www.matthewdevaney.com/power-apps-download-file-from-dataverse-file-column/

Hi, i am using sharepoint as the datasource.

Since the data card is in edit mode, Download(ThisItem.Attachments.Value.AbsoluteURL); i can't use this,

There can be multiple attachments too

Do you want to download multi pdf attachments?

1). Add a Checkbox within the Gallery and set the OnCheck as below:

Collect(colAttach,ThisItem.Attachments)

Set OnUncheck as below:

Remove(colAttach,ThisItem.Attachments)

2). Add a button outside the Gallery and set the OnCheck as below:

ForAll( RenameColumns( colAttach,"Id","MyLink") , Download("https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/sitename" & Substitute( MyLink,"%252f", "/")) )

Hi,

In 1 powerapps they are asking if it can be downloaded through form View itself

But otherwise it is fine
