Power App Desktop not able to open

I have built an app and has given it to the users for testing. I want the users to test it on desktop version of the power App. When they download and try to sign in they get the error as follows:

I tried doing the same and it happened fine but many other users are facing this problem. Please help me understand how to resolve this.

    Hi @v-shsi16 

     

    The windows app isn't supported anymore. Apparently its IE-based and will be updated at some point in the future. I had a support ticket open for months and this was the official response. Any particular reason why you want your users to use the desktop app?

    Yes, I am saving the data as cache usin function SaveData() and LoadData(). These function works only in desktop version, so I want to use them using Deskto version.

    Moreover, I am able to open app and play apps in Desktop version of Power App, so why can't the users.

    Fair enough. Any apparent difference between your machine and theirs? Windows OS version or anything obvious?

    No Hardit, I am sure they are having the same Windows Professional at their end , so don't know exactly what is wrong at their side. It is random, few users are able to download while others are not.

    Based on the error message, can you please confirm that their devices are approved/authenticated devices?
