Controle de Acesso para Atas de Reuniões

Bom dia,

    Hi @Bruno_Obata ,

    Your request in English

    Good Morning, I made an app that records meeting minutes with fields such as date, subject, meeting content ... I need to take a second step to define who can see what minutes. For example, directors can view all minutes, but employees cannot. I actually wanted to do it as a team at Teams. If an employee belongs to such a team in Teams, he can see all meetings of that team. I thought about creating several identical apps, with different databases, but I think there must be a smarter solution. Anybody know?

    Depending on the number of employees you are managing, the best approach I believe is a reference this with the employees and directors and other fields as to what they can view. You can use the built-in User().Email function to match the item.

    Dependendo do número de funcionários que você está gerenciando, a melhor abordagem que acredito ser uma referência aos funcionários, diretores e outros campos sobre o que eles podem ver. Você pode usar a função interna de User (). Email para corresponder ao item.

    Hi @ Bruno_Obata:

    Do you want to filter the records in the gallery based on the current user's group?

    Could you tell me what your data source is? SharePoint? CDS?

    Could you tell me more details about your filter rules? ( What function is implemented in which field of which data source meets what conditions?)

    Because of the lack of information, I make the following assumptions:

    About data source:

    I assume that the data source is a SharePoint list, and there is a field named group in this list.

    About filter rules:

    All personnel in the "Management Group" group can view all records, and people in other groups can only view records corresponding to GroupName .

    I think using Microsoft Teams connector would be a good way.

    Ive made a simple test for your reference:

    Here is my data source:

    Column (click to edit)

    Type

    Title

    Single line of text

    Aplicacion

    Lookup

    Username

    Person or Group

    user111

    Person or Group

    GroupName

    Single line of text

    Step1: add a  Microsoft Teams connector

    Step2:set the gallerys items property to:

    If(
     "Manage Group" in MicrosoftTeams.GetAllTeams().value.displayName,
     'Access Management',
     Filter(
     'Access Management',
     GroupName in MicrosoftTeams.GetAllTeams().value.displayName
     )
    )

    Best Regards,

    Bof
