Hello Sir and Maam

Need help I need to make an offline questionaire quiz for my students.

I have 4 Class Subjects that I need to have separate questions.

I need to have an apps that can fetch the set of questions from dataverse or sharepoint. and show to the app randomly. and at the end of the app it will give scores plus the percentage result.

please help me. if there is video guide that I can follow it would be more great, Thank you in advance

Morning, you are better off using Microsoft Forms for this task. With Microsoft Forms you can create multiple questionnaires for each of the class subjects with different questions that populate an excel online spreadsheet. You can then use all the data collected and report on it as you wish. If I remember rightly Microsoft Forms does have a limit of how many you can send of a single survey. Offline will not be an option with powerapps. Also asking random questions will not give you much to report on at the end of the exercise.

Thank you for the reply. We already using Microsoft Form for our Quarterly Quizes. Regarding my queries about powerapps questionaire, it will only served as questionaire reviewer. and the goal is even the student is not online they can access the apps and show the list of random questions. and when it goes online it will automatic update the set of questions

Recently I notice that powerapps has offline capabilities.

Hope someone could help me about this,,, this project is for my students. thank you in advance
