Hello,

Is there a way for me to define the theme first, and based on the different themes selected by the user, only a few Excel knowledge bases can be used.

For example, I have 5 Excel files as my knowledge base. When I choose topic 1, AI's answer only takes values from Excel. When I choose topic 2, AI only takes values from Excel 2 and 3 .

Yes. Create a topic for each theme. Within each topic, trigger a generative node (Advanced > Generative Answers). When the node is created, you'll see a button within the node that says Data Sources - Edit. This will bring up a screen you can use to select the permissible knowledge sources. You can also add instructions to customize the response.
