Not all Fields Populated in Dataverse Users Table

Why wouldn't some fields be populated in the Dataverse User table?  For instance, the Manager and Main Phone is not flowing over even though it is in AAD.  We'd like a seamless process so that when IT adds a new employee to AAD, it will all synch over to User in Dataverse.  Also, If I were to add Department Name to User, where can I edit the mapping so it flows from AAD to Dataverse?

    afaik you cannot modify the out-of-the-box sync process between AAD (Entra) and Dataverse.

    If you need to sync additional fields an option is to create a Power Automate Flow to handle the scenario.

    Maybe some third-party solutions already exist but I am not aware of them right now.
