Hi there,
This question is a bit tricky because what's consuming your storage isn't just an entity or files—it's the resources used in your solutions. There’s no simple way to free up space; you'll need to remove solutions or components like Flows, Power Apps, tables, etc.
In your case, there are also several web resources taking up storage, which could be JavaScript files or icons—they all count the same towards storage usage.
For storage management, you can check your table backups and delete unnecessary records. Additionally, simplifying your data model by reducing the number of relationships, views, and forms required can also help optimize storage.
Based on your available space, it seems you don’t have many licenses assigned to this environment. If this is a production environment, I’d recommend considering the purchase of additional storage to avoid losing components.
