SharePoint Link to Item Pass to PVA bot in Markdown

How do I pass the link to a SharePoint line item. When I do it this way...it shows a very long HTML address..I would like to have it in Hyperlink and a friendly text like just the text word link. You click on the word and it would take you to the sharepoint list item.

The markdown language has markdown for hyperlinks. You can create your own formatted link in your output using the markdown language. Replace the link to Item dynmaic content with your formatted link.
