How on earth to setup an environment to use a powerapp? 3 days of googling, $300 later, have yet to so much as touch a powerapp

I have spent quite literally the last 3 days trying to figure out how to do so much as get started with powerapps and I'm not sure they could make it any more confusing. I have tried numerous accounts, purchased numerous packages in different variants, googled and read more microsoft help articles than I can count yet aside from being out ~$300 for various packages from msft, I still haven't so much as touched a powerapp.

I believe my issue has to do with setting up an environment but here is what I am doing:

  1. First from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

2. PowerApps is ostensibly included in such package based on the following:

3. Great, heading over to powerapps.microsoft.com and select 'Canvas app from blank' beneath the 'Make your own app heading'...oops we don't have an environment

4. So we head over to the 'Environments' tab on 'Power Platform admin center' and click +New to create a new env...except we don't have enough space with a database:

6. Or without a database:

7. Fair enough, suppose we must pay the piper...so we do:

8. Wahooo! We can now create an environment!

9. Back to powerapps.microsoft.com we go and what do you know, we have a new environment in the env menu on the top right!

10. Switch to the new env, create canvas app from blank...nothing

Realize my mistake here was probably to try and use the service in the first place but at this point I'd at least like to figure out what I am doing wrong. Any thoughts/ideas?

    Hi @lph ,

I noticed that you have disclosed PII (personal identifiable information) here.

This PII (personal identifiable information) has been removed from the post. If the PII was contained in an image, you are welcome to black out the PII and re-add the image to your post.

In addition, please check if the tenant of the account you log into powerapps is correct.
It looks like the environment you created is in tenant B, and you log into powerapps using tenant A.

    Best Regards,
