AI models stuck in Importing for over a week in an environment they have always been in. 2 others stuck in retraining.

Over the last few weeks my models are never finishing retraining even after removing the latest docs we train and models with no new activity are stuck in importing.   The models have always been in the same environment.   No help from Microsoft and not wanting to face a rebuild.   Any ideas?
