Shared user accounts - Figure out a way to see where they are used

Hi.

In the company that I work for they are going to restrict the way a shared user account can be used by adding MFA as a demand on these type of accounts, thus causing that any app/automate flow that uses these type of accounts stops working.

So, I was wondering if there is any way to find out what apps/automate flows are currently using shared accounts within the tenant?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Remzo,
    Do you want to check if the current flow or app is shared with other users?

    If you want to achieve the above need, I am afraid that there is no OOTB to achieve this in Power Apps.

    If you want this feature to be added, please submit an idea in our Idea Forum:

    Hi @Remzo ,

    As @v-qiaqi-msft mentioned there is no easy, out-of-the-box, way to do this but there are other tools that could help.

    Have you looked at the CoE Starter Kit? Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence Kit - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs It has components that can give you more insight into the account that have been used to build apps or flows.

    There is also the Power Apps for Admins connector which you could potentially use to find which connections the account has

    Hi @Remzo ,

    There is only one way to check which a time consuming and  manual process,

    Login to https://admin.powerplatform.com

    Navigate to Environment->Choose Environment->Settings->Flows

    Manually check if there is any sharedaccounts allocated as owner.
