Error message with Power Automate to bookings

Hi,

After setting up an Excel document and using Power Automate to gather the information from bookings and to import it onto the spreadsheet, the data of the customer's details are not going through, instead when we view the flow run it states the ID is: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and if there is a fix.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Any help would be appreciated.
