I am building a survey application in Power apps and using Model driven app. I have a Survey Template Header and a Survey Header. I want to create multiple Survey Headers from my Survey Template Header. I have tried to add a command in my Survey Template Header Form but when I try to use "Patch" it won't find the table Survey Header, it only finds the Survey Template Header. Both table exists in the solution. Any suggestion as to what I am doing wrong? Is there another, easier way to do it?
