I've been looking for information but can't find anything so I hope someone here has some insights.
We have a bunch of websites, some of them are external in the wat that everyone can use it, but then we have "internal" site connected to the external where only employees can see the content.
Is it possible to use a site like that as knowledge for an agent?
I've tried adding it as is now but the agent can't seem to get hold of the knowledge.
I there a workaround or anything to be able to get this to work?
it's not possible now to connect an agent to internal resources, because they're not public - it's IP address is not accessible via Internet - thus they cannot be indexed by the cloud services. For now the only option is to switch to Sharepoint or use a different datasource like Azure SQL database, AI Search.
