The regional desktop configuration changes the PowerApp display value

I have built an application with some fields configured to display numbers using this format:
"[$-en-US]#,###.00".
However, once in the field, the value appears in euros and the decimal separator has changed from . to ,.
Is it possible to force the form to keep the field’s formatting instead of using the system’s regional configuration?
Regards

The regional desktop configuration changes the PowerApp display value
Did you try wrap it in a Text function like this ?

    Text(ThisItem.Value, "[$-en-US]#,###.00", "en-US")

and if you want always use US format change it to this

    Text(ThisItem.Value, "#,###.00", "en-US")
