Is there any possibility of integrating PowerApps Portal with Microsoft Teams Tab?

Since the portal is basically a website, you can add a website tab to Microsoft Teams. But, I don't call it integration. If you want deeper integration, I guess you need to use Microsoft Graph API to integrate with custom websites and apps. It all depends on what exactly you are looking for.

For example, a custom tab can be embedded into Team. The tab can have web content, in this case, Portal. For more info: Teams JavaScript client SDK
